01 · The marks

Use the wordmark first.

The full name carries more recognition. Reach for the icon only when the format is square or the available width is genuinely small.

Clear space

Give it one mountain.

Keep empty space on every side equal to the height of the mountain icon. Minimum width: 140 px digital or 1.25 in print.

02 · Partner toolkit

Useful before the deadline.

Each template comes as an editable SVG, a ready-to-place PNG, a print PDF, and a practical PowerPoint starter where appropriate. Placeholder copy is intentional: replace it, export it, and leave the system intact.

03 · Approved language

Copy, paste, keep moving.

These descriptions are deliberately plain. Do not add “AI transformation,” “coaching,” “course,” “Chief AI Officer,” or “engineer” as a title for James.

Dominion AI is the Executive AI Partner for owner-operated businesses.

04 · James Green

Choose the photograph for the room.

Use the formal portrait for institutional programs and introductions. Use the casual portrait where James is shown as an operator or builder. Cropping is welcome; filters and generative edits are not.

Do

  • Keep the supplied artwork intact
  • Use generous clear space
  • Choose the right light or dark variant
  • Crop photographs without changing their meaning
  • Write “Dominion AI” exactly

Do not

  • Stretch, rotate, outline, or recolor the mark
  • Put the logo over a busy photograph
  • Add shadows, gradients, glows, or effects
  • Build a new partner lockup from scratch
  • Imply an endorsement that was not approved

Portable reference

Take the working rules with you.

The PDF is designed for a printer handoff, agency brief, or partner approval thread. The HTML edition remains searchable and selectable.

06 · Usage & approvals

Know what is ready to publish.

These assets make accurate coverage and confirmed partnerships easier. They do not create a relationship, endorsement, or blanket license.

Ready without separate approval

Use supplied files as supplied.

  • Accurate editorial coverage using an unaltered logo, approved bio, or supplied photograph.
  • A confirmed Dominion AI event or partnership using an approved template with bracketed placeholders replaced.
  • Routine recognition that states the relationship accurately and keeps the supplied artwork, colors, typography, and layout intact.

Approval required before publication

Ask when the meaning or system changes.

  • New co-brand lockups, paid advertising, merchandise, endorsements, or product packaging.
  • Structural template changes, new claims, altered marks, material photo edits, or generative edits.
  • Any use outside accurate editorial coverage or a relationship already confirmed by Dominion AI.

Approval contact

No response is not approval.

Email the final artwork, where it will appear, and your publication deadline. Requests are reviewed case by case; time-sensitive requests should include the required response date.

07 · Before export

Five checks prevent most bad files.

Run this list before you send artwork to a printer, venue, editor, or social scheduler.

  1. 01Right variantPrimary on light. Reversed on dark. Mono only when production requires it.
  2. 02Right formatSVG for design and large-format print. PNG for office tools and web. JPG for photographs.
  3. 03Enough resolutionRaster print files should land at 300 ppi at final size. Never enlarge a small PNG.
  4. 04Safe area and bleedConfirm the venue or printer’s exact specification before final export.
  5. 05Accurate copyNames, URL, role, date, partner relationship, and approval are all current.

Still missing something?

Send the final dimensions, deadline, and where it will appear.

We will answer faster if you attach the venue or printer specification.
